Delete data

Manage stored information and request deletion.

Submit a request

For deletion, correction or access requests, email founders@theaugmentation.co with the subject “AFIE data request.”

Do not include passwords, access tokens, invitation codes or identity documents in your initial request. Submitting a request does not itself delete information. Requests involving organization-controlled records may require coordination with that organization.

Conversations, memory and workspace records

Where enabled in your AFIE service, use conversation and memory controls to remove conversation history or review, correct and remove saved memory. These are separate records: deleting a conversation does not automatically remove what has been saved as memory.

For knowledge documents, shared information or membership records, identify the relevant source and workspace in your request. Removing a member does not necessarily delete material shared with the workspace or records that must be retained for consent, security or legal purposes.

If text messaging is enabled, use its communication controls or reply STOP to opt out of messages. Unlinking a phone or opting out of messages is separate from requesting deletion of existing records.

Revoke a connected account

Use the connection controls available in your AFIE service or revoke access with the provider. For Google, review your Google Account’s third-party connections. Other providers offer their own authorized-app settings.

Revocation prevents future access under the revoked authorization. It does not necessarily delete previously retrieved information, saved memory, action records or copies already sent to recipients. Include those records in a separate deletion request. Original messages and documents in the source service remain subject to that service’s controls.

Clear local setup data

This control removes the setup information saved in this website’s current browser tab, including phone, firm, source references, notes, selected filenames and member email addresses. Removal cannot be undone through this control.

It does not delete an AFIE service account, server records, other tabs or data on other devices. You can also clear local site data through your browser settings.

Retained records and third-party copies

Retention and deletion depend on the records involved, workspace settings and applicable obligations. Consent records, action receipts, security logs, correspondence and backups may require separate handling. Deletion from an active system does not establish removal from every backup or from an independent recipient’s systems.
